chapter two

It was nice to see not just the rich are art collector's even us poor folk can collect and display works of art that we find to have true beauty and value it's like I always say beauty and art are in the eye's and hearts of the beholder.I think I choose two very interesting pairs of artists to compare this week. first off I compared Vasily Kandinsky,s Composition IX with Rebecca Purdum's Chin UP. both are very beautiful mixes of different colors and shapes coming together to form one very beautiful work of art I am not really sure where the paintings are going but I love where they end up. Kandinsky's work is much more focused than is Purdum's but both blend colors so wonderfully you can't help but love the work. my next two to compare are Henri Matisse's Piano lesson to Pablo Picasso's seated woman holding fan both use wierd shapes and forms to come up with these painting I must say that I am not really a fan of these two artists but millions of others love these two artists and their works of art. I think that Picasso's painting seems a bit scary as where Matisse's painting semms a bit lighter
